It contains a primary bedroom suite with bath and fireplace, as well as an open kitchen, dining and living area with fireplace.

There is a guest half-bath off the large entry and an outdoor living room off the entrance to the flat. Most walls are glass for expansive views, but shades can be drawn with the push of a button. These shades are for sun protection and privacy, but only screen and not obscure the views.

There is quick access to the oversized roof terrace on level 4.

Roof Terrace

The views from this extra-large terrace are in all directions and exceptional. Surrounding mature trees and greenery serve to frame these views and embrace the terrace.

There is a built-in grill bar with six undercounter stools and a firepit surrounded by designer outdoor furniture, as well as a large dining room table with seating. There are also separate areas for two chaise loungers and umbrella, a half-bath and an outdoor shower. 

The roof terrace is occasionally open to guests when dinner is offered to share a meal, drinks and a breathtaking sunset for a fee.
